• Share allotments and transfers

Penalties can consist of the following

– late payment fee
– late review fee
– late lodgement fee

It is important that all information held at ASIC is correct concerning the address of directors, share structure and registered address.

If ASIC is not notified of a change within one month a late review fee will apply. This late review fee is significantly increased if the delay exceeds one month.
